Rapper KAY-9 is pretty stoked that it’s his dog’s birthday and he’s not afraid to show it in his new video for MTV.

Okay, so KAY-9 might not technically be a real rapper; he may just be comedian and songwriter Patrick Noth of hilarious website College Humor getting his hip hop on.

From his party rules (no crates and no cats!) to making it rain biscuits, KAY-9’s canine is one lucky pooch!
