Another group of dog food recalls has gone out, warning dog parents about the potential for salmonella and listeria–is your dog’s brand on the list?

Last Friday, TruPet and Northwest Naturals recalled lots of their dog foods and treats, when salmonella was found in TruPet’s Treat Me Crunchy Beef Delight treats and listeria was found in Northwest Naturals 5-pound frozen Chicken and Salmon Chubs. The products were found by the Michigan Department of Agriculture but are sold in several states. The lot number for the TruPet treats is No. 201905143753 and the best by date for the Chicken and Salmon Chubs by Northwest Naturals is 15 082218.
