Meet Lightning, our Adoptable Dog of the Week from Adoptapet.com. Lightning is a 3-year-old Poodle mix from Cheektowaga, NY. He’s already neutered, good with kids, and good with dogs.
Lightning’s Story:
This handsome guy is named Lightning. He is a bit shy in the shelter. It can be a scary place for a dog 🙁 This little man is only 13.5 pounds and 3 years old. He loves dogs and kids. He does need a little work with leash training. The shelter says he appears to be house broken! Lightning is coming to HSH Rescue around August 17 and is looking for his forever home. I know he will get scooped up quickly. You can put an application in now, as long as you don’t mind waiting for him. He will need a 5-7 day hold once he arrives, just to be sure all is well. Lightning is neutered, heartworm negative, dewormed, flea treated, and UTD on vaccinations. He will also come with a free vet visit voucher.
