We’ve checked our list twice and found out we had a lot of dogs to buy for this Christmas. That’s why we whipped up a couple batches of these Gingerbread Dog Treats.

Nothing says the holiday season like the smell of gingerbread. And we decided to whip up this ginger-licious treat for our furry friends. This Gingerbread Dog Treat Recipe is made up with ginger powder, molasses, honey for sweetness, and just a touch of cinnamon. Perfect to leave out for Santa Paws – or any nice pooch on your gift list.

Gingerbread Dog Treat Recipe

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon ginger powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup molasses

2 tablespoons honey

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 egg
