Wild Wheat Dog Treat Recipe

We wanted to share a recipe that had a double dose of wheat goodness – from whole wheat flour and wheat bran. In our Wild Wheat Dog Treat Recipe, we’ve added both, along with some cornmeal, peanut butter and chicken broth. Occasionally, when a recipe calls for water, we change it to chicken or beef broth. It adds a little extra flavor our dogs love.

Wild Wheat Dog Treat Recipe

Makes about 30 cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup wheat bran

1 cup cornmeal

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

1 cup chicken broth

1/3 cup olive oil

1 egg
