With the constant threat of ninja attacks, what’s a concerned pet parent to do? There’s only one option – outfit your cat or dog in awesome samurai armor!

I’m pretty sure I am addicted to looking for crazy pet ideas out of Japan. I mean, honestly, it’s not hard… cat bread, Squatting Dog Art, and a much odd Doge Tourism Video are a few things that come to mind.

But, I’ve yet to see armor for our furry friends, and it’s not just any armor. It’s so-honorable-armour, of the samurai variety, and it’s guaranteed to make your pet the baddest pooch or pussy on the block.

Japanese company Samurai Age created the armor, in an effort to pull out the warrior within, and they make a standard suit as well as customized samurai outfits. Samurai Age will be modeling their beastly armors after iconic and legendary samurais like Sanada Yukimura and MeowMiyamoto Musashi.

The garb will run you about 4,000 to 16,000 yen ($125-$150 USD), but let’s be real. Having your cat or dog walk around like a bad ass samurai? Priceless.

But seriously. Pets really are heroic in my book, so get on out there and make them feel like the champions they are.
