What a happy fellow! Please meet Garrett, our Adoptable Dog of the Week from Adoptapet.com. Garrett is a young male Labrador Retriever Mix from Westport, Connecticut. He is already neutered, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Garrett’s Story:

Garrett is about 11 months old and was saved from being euthanized from animal control along with his 6 brothers and sisters. He appears to be a lab mix, but is very small. He is currently about 35 pounds and we don’t think he will get much bigger. Garrett’s most favorite thing is to get attention from his foster mom and dad. He just can’t get enough good boy praises. Garrett likes his people, his yard, and his routine. We would like for Garrett to be in a home with a fenced in yard as doggy parks would over stimulate him. We want him to have a home that is highly routine oriented. Sleep, play in the back yard, cuddle, eat, sleep, play in the backyard some more, cuddle… you get the idea. Garrett is one of those dogs that is 100% completely loyal to his family. Garrett is up to date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchiped, heartworm negative, and kept on monthly heartworm and flea prevention. Garrett is currently being fostered in TN, but will be transported to New England via H.E.A.R.T.S., LLC Transport ( www.heartsllc.com) once we have a confirmed adoption.
