Adoptable Dog Of The Week – Rylee

We’re suckers for a lady with looks and smarts – and Rylee, our Adoptable Dog of the Week, has both in spades! Rylee is a 1.5-year-old female German Shorthaired Pointer and Terrier mix from Cheyenne, WY. She is already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and not good with dogs.

Rylee’s Story:

If you like intelligent ladies, Rylee might be the dog you’ve been waiting for! She comes already knowing sit, shake (with both paws), lay, rollover, stay, down, load (in the car) and outside and would probably learn to load the dishwasher given some time training and a fair amount of treats. Not only is she a little smarty pants, but she is extremely patient with kids and would let them paint her nails and dress her in a tutu if they were so inclined. Rylee would love to be your one and only for now… while she does great with the energy of children hopped up on sugar, she hasn’t mastered how to speak “dog” and doesn’t know quite how to play with pooches just yet. Once Rylee has given you her trust and her heart, you will have a sweet, smart and loving pup that wants nothing more than to go with you on your walks or snuggle together on the couch for the evening!
