Teen Takes His Cat to the Purrom

No need to buy her a corsage – she’ll just eat it. Stuck without a date to the prom, this single teen decided to do the logical thing… bring his cat as his +1.

Sam Steingard knew it wanted his prom to be special. And that’s why he asked his cat, Ruby, to go as his +1. And of course she said yes… although, she may have said “hiss.” We can see how you could confuse the two.

Ruby donned a pink taffeta designer gown with matching Converse high tops (for dancing the night away). And although Sam was a stunner, it was Ruby who was crowned Prom Queen that evening.

Okay, we made that last one up – Ruby didn’t make it into the dance because it would have been too stressful. But Sam, who didn’t have a date for the prom, thought it would be purrfect to pose for some photos with his #1 gal. They do make a cute couple! Just look at the pictures below.
