Ingredients:
1 lbs ground chicken
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1 cup spinach
½ cup frozen carrots and peas
Directions:
