We’d like to meet Philly, our Upside Down Dog of the Week from Upsidedowndogs.com. Philly (short for Phillis) is a 2-year-old female Pharaoh Hound and Belgian Malinois mix from Coconut Grove, Florida. Here’s what her owner, Ross Krachey, has to say about her:

“Philly is well known in my dog park for a few accomplishments. Among them is climbing a tree after a squirrel until she was sitting with the telephone wire 6 inches from her head. Not knowing how to climb down, she did a superman into the street, thankfully not injuring herself. Her love of children has found her pinning a little girl in the bushes to lick her face. Her love of water has her chase boats around the docks as they tender back to their sailing crafts. Her love of lizards has her forget everything in the world, except for her one true love. I wish it was me, but it’s squirrels…”
