I’ve had a few requests for gluten-free recipes, and I’m always happy to oblige. This Gluten-Free Carob Molasses Dog Treat Recipe uses rice flour to keep the gluten out and the tasty in. Because most gluten-free flours don’t stick together as well as regular flour (the gluten protein is what binds the mixture), I added an egg to help it keep its consistency. And be sure to make these treats thicker (about a ½ inch thick). Any thinner and they’ll crack and break apart. Following these instructions, my batch came out great!
